Wellness Data: We collect information about your wellness goals, progress, achievements, and activity across the five balance categories: Fitness, Faith, Family, Flair, and Financial.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including page views, feature usage, and content interactions.
Wallet Information: If you connect a Solana wallet, we store your public wallet address only. We never store private keys.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the service
- Manage your account and subscriptions
- Track and reward goal completion with FBN tokens
- Display badges, achievements, and user profiles
- Provide personalized wellness content and recommendations
- Improve the platform

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Third Party Services
We use third-party services including Supabase for data storage and authentication, Apple and Google for OAuth sign-in, and Solana blockchain for token transactions. These services have their own privacy policies.
5. FivebalanceTV
FivebalanceTV content is hosted and served by FivebalanceUSA.LLC. Viewing data may be collected to improve content recommendations.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and improve user experience. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@fivebalance.com. You may also close your account at any time.

Fivebalance is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Any wellness or health related information you input into the platform is used solely to personalize your experience. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for medical purposes.
