Scam Stomper is a crypto safety, education, and community platform that provides tools to scan tokens, research crypto scams, and connect with other users. The platform includes free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Scam Stomper Pro subscriptions are available at $12.99/month or $116.99/year on web via Stripe, and $12.99/month or $116.99/year on mobile platforms via Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: post harmful, abusive, or misleading content; impersonate other users; attempt to manipulate scan results or exploit the platform; use the service for any unlawful purposes.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All research articles, educational guides, and platform content are the property of FivebalanceUSA.LLC. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scam Stomper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scan results or research content. This platform is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

FivebalanceUSA.LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from crypto investments.
